**Job Summary**
Moog Military Aircraft Group Wolverhampton is seeking a Facilities Administrator to come and join their friendly team. The Facilities Administrator is responsible for supporting and completing activities in support of the Test Equipment Sustainment, Facilities, Maintenance, and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team.
The primary function of this role is to ensure the continued operation of deployed test equipment and machinery throughout the product life cycle by managing spares, obsolescence, process tools, and supplier relationships. The Facilities Administrator collaborates closely with customers across all aspects of test equipment, maintenance, and facilities logistic support.
**Responsibilities Include**
Purchase Requisitions: Generate and close purchase requisitions in SAP and Concur across EHS, Maintenance, Facilities, and Test Equipment Sustainment.
Procurement: Procure services, spares, and consumables to support ongoing maintenance of test equipment.
Asset Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the Asset Management Systems (Shire Systems), including asset tracking, reactive maintenance, and preventative maintenance schedules.
Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training activities for EHS, Maintenance, Facilities, and Test Equipment Sustainment teams.
Process Documentation: Write and edit required processes and procedures.
Shipping Logistics: Handle shipping processes for test equipment sustainment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery to external vendors.
Contractor Coordination: Organize and coordinate 3rd party contractors performing activities at the Moog facility, adhering to compliance requirements and utilizing the visitor management system.
Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety practices during work activities.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in 5S activities to improve work area ratings.

**Key Skills and experience**:
Minimum 5 GCSE’s
Previous experience of use in Shire Systems, JIRA, SAP, Solumina and Concur is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
