Office Administrator/customer Service

**About us**
LCGL Counselling and Training Services is a charity sponsored by the Lincolnshire Co-operative and grant funded by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We are a free counselling service that responds to the needs of children/young people and adults in Lincolnshire who are experiencing the unmanageable symptoms of grief and loss following a significant life event.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure proper functioning
- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for colleagues
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, especially when handling calls of a sensitive nature
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.59 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
