Receptionist / Administrator

**Temp to Perm**: Full time, average 35 hours per week including every other weekend.

Circa £22,000 PA

Week 1 - 3 days: 08.00am to 18.00pm

Week 2 - 2 days: 08.00am to 18.00pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Administrator to work within a idyllic surroundings based in Curdridge.

You will be responsible for managing the front office Reception and all Administrative tasks including:

- Meeting and greeting all visitors in a helpful and professional manner and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Answering of all internal and external calls that come through to reception.
- Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Creating and amending all staff rotas / booking in and cancelling agency staff.
- Completing stationary / uniform orders and any other requests from General Manager and other departments.
- Organising of Taxis / transport
- Taking samples to the local surgery / pharmacy to collect medications.
- Updated the internal clocking in system.
- Liaising with the maintenance team.
- Raising purchase orders and filing accordingly.
- Managing staff lunch / ordering book and spreadsheet.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years’ experience working with in a Receptionist or Administration Role
- A driving licence and vehicle due to location
- A minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations
- Satisfactory provision on an enhanced DBS (provided once employed)
- Ideally experienced from a hospitality, medical practice or care background or transferable from another industry.
- IT literate to include the use of Microsoft Office
