Options Receptionist and Administration Assistant

The Receptionist/Administration Assistant is an integral part of the overall Options Wellbeing Trust Administrative Team. The main purpose of the role is to provide client/public facing and back office functions to help and support the therapeutic and wellbeing services offered and to keep up to date data for reporting purposes that is required by our board of trustees and funders. This is an essential and important role in supporting the Admin and Service Manager across the Options therapy hubs and the remotely delivered provision.
You are required to have right to work in the UK.
You will have a a good level of general education that includes English and Maths. It is essential that you are have intermediate ICT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook and to be able to establish, maintain and update databases accurately. Experience in working within an Administrative environment.
You will possess a good level of written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate to a diverse range of people clearly and effectively. Prior experience of providing excellent customer service.
Experience of working and contributing to an effective team and have a clear understanding of confidentiality within the role.
The role is in Shirley, Southampton and the hours of work will be 16 hours per week working Tuesday and Thursday 12 noon to 20.30 hours with a 30 minute unpaid break.
Benefits include 25 days holiday pro rata to your working days.
