**Job Overview**: The Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a professional demeanor. The Office Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company to clients and visitors.
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Manage and maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
Perform other clerical duties as needed.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude.
