Quality Protects Children Ltd has been working for over 20 years within the North West, specialising in providing a range of services to support looked after young people aged 10 - 18 who often present with complex needs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, hardworking organised individual who would like the challenge of working in a busy environment to provide an efficient and effective service to the multi -disciplinary team.

The role of the Administrative support for Quality Protects Children (including Lawrence House School) is to be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Senior Leadership team, including providing support and direction to team members, motivating others, working to tight deadlines, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

The successful applicant will act as a first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organisation for both the care and education arms of the company.

- Able to exercise independent judgement in order to meet the needs of the service.

- Experienced in High volume administration (including systems/database administration such as recruitment or payroll.
- Someone who can work without close supervision, multitask, organise and prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Equipped with good attention to detail and is comfortable handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information)
- Able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- A resourceful individual, flexible in approach and who is comfortable provide additional discretionary effort when the team is in need
- You have a sense of fun and are not afraid to get stuck in whatever the task

Skills required for the task -- Fluency in English required (both verbal and written communications)
- Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and MIS systems)
- Able to answer the phone in a polite, efficient and helpful manner.
- Able to organise meetings via Outlook, Teams and Zoom.
- Able to manage and maintain an electronic calendar and paper diary.
- Provide ad hoc secretarial, clerical, and admin duties as and when required.
- Assist inputting the information into excel data sheets making sure all details have been inputted correctly and kept up to date with any changes.
