Atlas Copco Rental are recruiting for a first-class apprentice to work within the business administration team. The role is very much based around being an enthusiastic team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done. The key function is to assist in the daily administration and operations of our business.

**Description of Duties**

Answering incoming calls, taking messages and following through where required.

Greet any visitors to the offices in a professional manner

Operate internal Business Management System (Wynne) and assist in creation and receiving of purchase orders.

Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format.

Raise invoices/statements and assist with overall financial process.

Assist with monitoring of timesheet production by internal staff.

Proactively assist with the rental desk operations

Diary and travel co-ordination

Taking minutes of meetings, and assisting in presentation preparation.

Assistance with marketing; to include, events, campaigns, website, social media accounts.
