Our People Team is a global function providing a wide range of HR services and support to the Insights group. We promote and enable an engaging and inclusive culture, supporting our people to reach their full potential.

As People Operations Administrator you’ll play a key role within the People Operations Team by supporting employees across our global business. You’ll provide day to day operational and transactional support across the full employee lifecycle.

This is fast paced and highly varied role, day to day you’ll:

- Manage the people team mailbox by providing advice and guidance to employees globally on all Reward and HR related queries
- Support a range of administration tasks in relation to employee life cycle such as internal role changes, absence, new start and leaver process
- Work in collaboration with the wider People Function to support routine tasks, ensuring you maintain the accuracy and integrity of our HRIS data to enable increased reporting capabilities
- Support the administration process of global reward activities such as Annual Salary Review, Incentives, Bonus, Benchmarking of roles, Annual Benefits Renewals and reviews
- Manage and coordinate global payrolls
- Complete references and right to work checks on all Insights New Starts

This is a six-month fixed term position working on a hybrid basis in our Dundee office. Hybrid working for us means being flexible and working in a way that is best for the individual and the business, you’ll not be expected to be in the office on set days, you’ll just need to be able to travel to the Dundee office if and when required.
