We are looking for a forward thinking individual, to provide full and comprehensive administrative and committee support within the pharmacy service, with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Previous administrative/secretarial/Personal Assistant experience is essential together with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The postholder will be required to ensure effective committee and administrative support for the pharmacy department, Kings Cross Hospital together with administrative duties in a busy office environment. This will include the Lead role for at least three committees as well as data collection and analysis for presentations at meetings and committees.

Extensive IT skills, including Staffnet, Publisher and web administration will be required as well as the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.**

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (**Part time applicants are welcomed for this post)
