**Responsibilities**:

- Support the monitoring and recording of information from the ACCESS governance system.
- Run reports and check for data anomalies reporting any issues to the Clinical Analyst.
- Support communications within the Quality team
- Administrate and work alongside the Data and Clinical Analysis and support team outputs.
- Undertake report extraction from the company electronic care record (PCS).
- Feedback on the quality of Home Manager input of data in systems including Access and PCS.
- Collate data and assist the Clinical and Data Analyst with Provider Information Returns (PIR) to the regulators and assist in gathering information requested by CQC.
- Support the analysis of survey feedback and reporting back to operational teams. This will include local managed of Digital Reception devises.
- Support the Analyst with the compilation of monthly reports c and share with the business and Director of Compliance, Governance and Quality
- Review monthly accidents and incidents on PCS and compliance on our electronic systems.
- Provide support to the Home Managers on our processes with these electronic systems.
- Monthly checks and ensure compliance with the NHS Capacity Tracker in the mandatory collection period.

- Experience of working within the healthcare sector would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Experience of data manipulation and building graphs and reports desirable.
- Highly competent use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
