Are you a meticulous and skilled Compliance & Underwriting Administrator with a deep understanding of FCA Compliance and Underwriting administration? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as we seek an experienced individual to contribute to our commitment to regulatory excellence.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be familiar with the latest Consumer Duty regulations and translate these into tangible actions and measures to ensure Ingeni is providing good customer outcomes.
- Complete consumer duty reporting, including the annual review for Board approval.
- Collect and prepare loss ratio statistics in order to measure profitability for our insurers.
- Collate relevant MI to prepare annual product governance reviews.
- Craft and compile board approval documents related to potential Appointed Representatives.
- Attend compliance meetings and record minutes accurately.
- Create and update clear and concise FCA complaint procedures.
- Ensure procedures consistently reflect current regulatory standards and requirements.
- Develop and revise engaging training modules on insurance compliance and regulations.
- Expertly read, analyse, and summarise complex FCA documents, guidelines, and regulatory updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
✔ A solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements is essential.

✔ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation preparation and training.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

✔ Detail-oriented with outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.

✔ Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

✔ Minimum 3 years prior experience in compliance administration, underwriting, financial services, or a similar role is preferred.
