At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier It’s a super exciting time to join us as we begin the second iteration of our Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (IHWS) throughout East Sussex, and we’re looking for an Engagement Lead to join us

Our programmes are designed to support individuals and families to improve their health behaviours and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle. The IHWS programme in East Sussex consists of five key services;
- Stop smoking support
- Physical activity programmes
- Adult weight management
- NHS Health Checks
- Health Coaching

Residents across East Sussex will be able to benefit from a variety of our established pathways and products, including Gloji and MAN v FAT Football. As Engagement Lead, you will manage a small team of Specialist Community Engagement Officers, A Primary Care Liaison Officer and a new Training Lead, focusing on co-production and targeted promotion to ensure we meet our ambitious referral targets

A typical day as an **Engagement Lead **might include:

- Liaising with external organisations to build effective partnerships and promotion of the East Sussex IHWS, particularly within primary care locations, voluntary and community services
- Taking on line management responsibilities for a small team of Specialist Community Engagement Officers, a Primary Care Liaison Officer and a new Training Lead enabling them to carry out their roles effectively
- Ensuring the wide system approach to primary care referrals is strong into the whole OYES service (With a particular key focus on stop smoking referrals)
- Working in partnership with Thrive Tribe’s centralised marketing team on marketing and communications plans, such as promotional campaigns
- Ensuring our holistic pathways are imbedded and streamlined into wider services
- Working towards the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) principles
- The delivery of some training elements of the OYES contract
- Ensuring the maximised usage of our mobile unit COLIN (This may also include the driving of)
- Leading our approach to co-production within the community
- Establishing effective and reliable referral relationships with local community and health partners from a variety of settings including GPs, hospital trusts, mental health trust and voluntary organisations.
- Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments - we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources
- The support of pre/post campaign reports and the continual reviewal of our marketing and engagement plan
- Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance
- The continued support with wider business development opportunities including elements such as the local housing project
- Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values
