- Customer Service Adviser Job Description**

**INTERACTION AND REPORTING**

**Reporting To**:Customer Service Manager

**Terms of Contract: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:30pm, 45 hours per week**

**1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis, 8:00am - 12:00pm**

**About the role**

**Key responsibilities**
- Consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience to all customers.
- Working with the Customer Service Manager to ensure the Bracknell key customer feedback targets.
- Regularly and proactively updating customers about their vehicle repair.
- Acting on insurance and work provider notifications to book customer vehicles in for repair.
- Being the first point of contact for customer feedback and complaints, escalating to the Customer Service Manager when appropriate.
- Booking vehicle collections and deliveries in with the Driving team, and vehicle estimates in with the Vehicle Damage Assessors.
- Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive on-site.
- Checking in customers vehicles prior to the repair and handing over finished vehicles.

**Essential skills / experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions.
- Good IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- The ability to work as a team to deliver on targets.
- The ability to deliver within a fast-faced, high-pressure environment.

**Benefits**:
Salary £30,000 per year
