**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Job Title: Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice**

**Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday-Friday. 09:00am-4:30pm with half an hour for lunch.**

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with within 24 hours, to the satisfaction of the customer via customer service tracker.

Provide renewal quotations to business consumers by the required time frames.

Chase up business quotations.

Engage with various suppliers to obtain information needed and follow up on previous enquiries.

Investigate business claims and reply with relevant resolution in a timely manner.

Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

Processing refunds.

Ensure KPI of 15 seconds to answer telephone is met weekly.

Engage politely and courteously with consumers and businesses over the telephone to build trusted relationships.

Liaising with multiple suppliers.

Process new orders and renewals for consumers and businesses.

Monitor customer reviews and reply daily.

Share customer enquiries with the team with a focus on improving service.

Add new products on website.

Engaging on social media positing and activity.

Send and create weekly newsletters for consumers, schools and businesses.

Any other admin roles specific to the role.

**Required Qualifications**:
Maths, English and ICT, GCSE Grade 4-9 or equivalent

**Training**:
Maths and English to Level 2 required, if not already achieved

knowledge and understating

research activities

commercial awareness

managing challenging situations and taking ownership

health and safety

Ongoing assessment by the employer and provider - for example meetings with apprentice, employer and learning provider, observations of workplace, gathering evidence

Undertake a self-assessment in the last month of their apprenticeship to enable them to see whether they are confident that they have taken on board all aspects of the occupation. This self-assessment must be submitted to the independent end point assessor as a source of evidence to prepare for independent End Point Assessment which will include a showcase portfolio; a project; an employer reference and a structured interview about their portfolio and project.**Prospects**:
