**Essential skills and experience**
Previous administerial experience
Confidence with all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to keep well organised files and records of business activity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks
Be of smart appearance with a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to grow and learn
Have a full clean driving licence
Share on call duties at weekends on a rotation basis
**Desirable skills and experience**
Previous hospitality, serviced apartments, hotel or holiday let experience
Salary £17,000-£21,000 dependent on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £17,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
