Trinity Business Support are currently looking for Business Support Administrators to join our client in Newcastle.

You will provide a range of service specific Business and Administrative support to ensure needs are met in line with the business’s priorities and values.

**Main Duties**:

- Take part in identifying and embedding business process improvements.
- To deal with enquiries, including technical queries about the service in line with processes and procedures.
- To collate and prepare management information as needed.
- Provide administrative support as needed to the wider business.
- To give confidential administrative and secretarial support including arranging and servicing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as needed.
- To develop and maintain positive joint working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- To give a professional and courteous reception service as needed.

**Experience/Competencies Required**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work apart of a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience of dealing with confidential information.

**Hours & Pay**

Scope for both Full-Time and Part-Time hours.

£11.18PH
- Immediate starts available_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.18 per hour
