**Job Summary**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 apprentices to provide support to the admin team. This role is fast-paced and you will be working as part of the support team as well as working towards your qualification.

**Responsibilities**:
The job role will be shared between 2 apprentices and both will be required to learn all duties.
- Covering reception in the absence of the receptionist and receiving incoming calls
- Opening, scanning and distributing all incoming documents
- Preparing all outgoing post for collection
- Stationery and consumables ordering and distributing
- Archiving, collecting and distributing files in the absence of the archivist
- Support the HR & Office Assistant with Health and Safety tasks
- Support the HR & Office Assistant with Wellbeing and Engagement programs
- Scanning, photocopying, binding, laminating, typing as required

**Training**:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard which includes:

- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Via your ITEC tutor and on-the-job training, you'll get the opportunity to learn:

- Planning and organisation

- Relevant regulation
- Policies
- External environment factors
- Training 2 days a month via Zoom
- In-house training and mentoring support

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 1SQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
