_Salt has partnered with a leading software company, looking for two Sales Development Representatives to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the view to go perm. _
- The first position requires at least 1 year' experience, whilst the second at least 3. _

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification
- Connect with as many leads as possible and determining if they're good a customer fit
- Move leads through the sales pipeline
- Connect and learn about their businesses and needs

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience as SDR (1-3+ years')
- Bilingual is a plus (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German)
- Good conversationalist
- Driven
- Organised
- Workers will need to be flexible in the role with the possibility of moving from phone to chat and/or chat to phone
- Video Prospecting
- Customised outreach
- Active listening and adaptability

**DETAILS**:

- Work schedule: 8am - 9pm ET (will need someone to work the late shift)
- £175-£275 a day (DOE)
- Quarterly commission based on performance
- Inside IR35
- Hybrid role
