Support Practitioner

Sense Scotland are currently seeking full & part time Support Practitioners to work within our 24 hour housing support services in Bridge of Earn, Tulloch Hill, Perth. Currently offering day and nightshift.
We care, connect and communication while supporting people with a range of complex needs so they can live independent fulfilling lives.
**Already an experienced Support Practitioner and looking for a move or are you someone who has always wanted to work in social care? No experience needed, we will train and support you**
**What your day will look like**:
You will be working with people on a 1-2-1 basis or as part of the team helping to support and assisting people in their day to day lives, whether it be cooking, communicating, shopping, going out for the day. cinema, arts, bowling or walking. We take the time to get to know the people we support and take a person-centred approach to care. You will be supporting people in a housing support setting and working various shift patterns. The role will include person care, from helping someone brush their teeth or combing their hair. No two days are the same
