**£15.54 per hour**

**Part-time hours**

**Monday-Friday 16:00-19:00**

A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Control Room Operator, who will work at our prestigious site in London.

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

This role does not require an SIA licence.

**Duties as a Control Room Operator**
- Provide a high quality service and technical expertise and support to sites. Reporting faults / issues and ensuring they are rectified within SLA.
- Monitor the alarm systems installed throughout the client’s building network managing the response to alarms to ensure Police are not called to false activation’s.
- Provide support to client’s sites, third party contractors and other client departments for all out of hours’ projects.
- CCTV production for criminal activity against the client.
- Display the required initiative to execute an effective working knowledge of incident procedures to assist business recovery. Advising and liaising with Senior Management, Regional Security Manager, business units and Police where appropriate in line manager’s absence.
- Decide on an appropriate course of action to resolve. Ensure Police are deployed in line with procedures to maintain Police response without compromising procedures or safety.
- Display initiative required to execute an effective working knowledge of security systems, processes and incident procedures.

**Requirements as a Control Room Operator**
- Be smart and well presented at all times.
- Have previous experience as a Control Room Operator.
- Be polite, helpful and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent time management.
- Be able to provide the highest standard in customer service.
- Be flexible and reliable to meet the role requirements.
- Be able to work in a technical, fast moving and challenging environment.
- Be able to work without supervision and also as a member of a team.
