Produces reports, memos, notes, meeting minutes, and written materials.

Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Scanning, photocopying, and organising documents.

Maintaining office equipment such as copiers and fax machines to ensure smooth operations.

Managing office inventory, including refreshments.

Drafting documents such as invoices, memos, and financial statements using word processing or presentation software.

Manage both electronic and physical filing systems.

Maintain the condition of the office and arrange necessary repairs.

Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policies.

Addressing customer inquiries and grievances

Reviewing and revising health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance.

Monitor adherence to data protection laws regarding data storage and update policies accordingly.
