Communications Provides a professional and courteous service to a range of customers, which may include contact with patients/clients, carers, families, health professionals and other organisations face to face and over the telephone. Answers telephone calls, ensures messages are taken clearly and concisely and passed to the relevant member of the team. Responsible for sorting, date stamping, scanning and distributing mail on a daily basis. Provides a comprehensive Administration service to the team, inputting data to systems, photocopying, typing notes, filing etc Maintains awareness of developments/priorities at work.

Planning Expected to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to support your role and contribute to ideas for service and process improvements Supports to resolve any conflicting diary appointments/schedules for patients and colleagues Books meeting rooms for colleagues. Data and resources Orders stationery/supplies for the team. Maintains accurate filing of records and documents (paper/electronic) in line with documentation and confidentiality guidelines. Inputs and maintains records relating to medical devices and/or other equipment.

Collates and inputs data, providing simple reports. May be required to transport equipment and stationery and supplies as required
