**How you'll make a difference**:
As a Technical Support Officer (Administrator) Trainee you will be responsible for providing efficient, responsive and high quality assistance to the StreetCare Team and assisting in routine customer service tasks for this area.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be under the supervision of the Support Team Supervisor and will assist in the delivery of high quality technical assistance to the StreetCare Team and its customers.
- Duties will include indexing, scanning and filing documents, electronic mail distribution and assist other members of staff with any duties relevant to the service.
- You will be preparing documents and other materials to a good standard following a clear brief and using established formats and software and provide general administrative support for the service e.g. photocopying, filing, ordering and other routine tasks.
- Collecting information and maintain records, you will use established formats, software and procedures.

**What we need from you**:

- You will have five GCSEs above C grade including Maths and English, NVQ2.
- This great opportunity is open to those looking to gain administrative experience with an interest in StreetCare.
- It is essential that you are able to demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to interact in an effective and efficient way.
- We require you to have a good knowledge of IT with experience of various different Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
