Senior Customer Service Administrator/call Handler

We are looking for an organised, compassionate and reliable individual to join our friendly Team. Our Team are vital to the exceptional service level we provide to our patients.
**This role will be based at our Head Office in Tavistock Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
**The role**
- Predominantly answering the phones for our Northern Ireland clinics.
- Answering sensitive phone calls.
- Processing paperwork in line with company policies.
- Liaising with hospitals regarding patient queries.
- Place orders when required.

- The ability to generate ideas and suggest solutions.
- A real hands on approach to all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to hit deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tavistock: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
