Acquisition and Planning Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity awaits for bright, enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn on their feet and are looking for genuine career prospects and excellent future earning potential. Daily activities will vary but will mainly consist of assisting in administrative duties for the Acquisition and Planning team.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Data management & data entry
- Project reporting
- Instructing & liaising with suppliers
- Dealing with Supplier/Customer queries
- Managing & monitoring Project Deliverables across different depts.
- Utilising and updating customer databases
- General office admin
To be successful in this role you will be quick to learn, practical, organised and someone who can integrate into a busy team very quickly. You will be pro-active, hardworking, able to work well under pressure and importantly, build strong relationships across a diverse range of people both within the Beacon Group and externally with our Suppliers and our Customers.
