Role: Admin Assistant - Marketing
Reports to: Aviate Marketing & Communications Manager
Shift pattern: 25 hours over a minimum of four days per week, to be worked between the hours of 08:30 - 17:30
Contract: Permanent

**Salary**: £14,000 plus discretionary bonus and additional benefits

**The role**:
We’re looking for an admin-hero to support our busy marketing teams.

If you are looking for part time, flexible work then this role could be for you. Some administrative experience is required and we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask and has bundles of enthusiasm.

This role sits within an experienced cross functional team of superb marketers and brilliant graphic designers. Both the team and wider company offer a creative and supportive environment. We offer a hybrid homeworking & office-based proposition which can be discussed at interview.

Tasks & responsibilities include:

- Track departmental spend by completing credit card statement reviews, compiling receipts and order forms.
- Website content updates and maintenance across some brands.
- Assisting in the organisation of events.
- Assisting with the compilation of end of campaign reports.
- Scheduling social media posts.
- End of campaign prize management - ordering prizes, logging spend as appropriate.
- Assisting with market research when required.
- General office and team administration.
- Packaging tasks for direct mail campaigns.
- Managing stock of merchandise across the team.
- Day to day management of Aviate Rewards prize distribution and tracking of winners and costs.
