**We are recruiting for a Student Services Assistant to help support with pupil focused admin tasks and following schools operational procedures.**

The role will be a full time role working 8:30am to 3:30pm and the hourly rate starts at £12 - £13 an hour depending experience. The school is based in Ellesmere Port and is easily accessible by public transport and provide a staff car park.

The role of Student Services Administrator is being the initial contact for pupils and parents. As a student services administrator you must represent the school in a professional and empathetic manner to both students and parents.

Further roles and responsibilities
- First point of call for students regarding classes, sicknesses, missing items and providing support and advice where needed.
- Updating school records using SIMS/ARBOUR. (Experience with this is NOT necessary)
- Manage forms competed by parents.
- Providing general admin support.

**To be considered for this role, we will need -**
- Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
