Our client specialises in providing top-notch repair and maintenance service to a social housing organisation.
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
- Raise work tickets accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with contractors to coordinate repair works and follow up on progress.
- Provide general administrative support to the repairs team.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a maintenance environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
