- Design Brand Guardian accountable for overseeing all omni channel creative briefs, ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment to guidelines
- Responsible for driving collaboration with content team to ensure alignment on image requirements and ensuring these are correct
- Owner of online Critical Path - Including ownership of agencies WIP’s
- Ensuring updates are shared with Head of Creative weekly and sign off and approvals with leadership team are to critical path
- Collaborating and sharing with the Asda design team on regular basis
- Lead stakeholder for UX and CX relationships - owning MVT/ Badges & Driving Innovation Roadmap - feeding in NEW guideline requirements into Design Project Manager
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the Design team
- feeding in online requirements and engaging on Design assistant
- Liaising with legal team where required on new brand names, slogans and messages
- Coaching and development of Design Assistant

- You'll have experience in a design or project management role, ideally in fashion or Home
- Wider marketing knowledge is preferable - especially around acquisition and retention
- An active interest in the fashion or home market
- Experience of working on in store artwork and web design is preferred
- Experience of working on or with brand guidelines is preferred
- A great eye for detail
- An interest in the design field across the fashion industry
- Team player that is confident managing and taking control of projects individually
- Experience of working with/ in managing external agencies is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a confident presenter
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task
- Extremely agile and open to change
