  • Working together with solutions-design, procurement, and site leaders to make our warehouses inherently safe through the application of safety-in-design principles and H&S standards.
  • Ensuring that every site leader establishes and maintains an emergency response plan that enables an effective response to incidents involving a fire, requiring evacuation, or first-aid.
  • On a monthly basis, report to the UK LT the progress their teams have made in achieving their H&S objectives, mitigating H&S risks, ensuring legal compliance, and learning from incidents.
  • Prepare and facilitate an annual review of H&S performance of the UK region and support the UK LT members in defining and allocating the actions required to improve performance where required.
  • Support site leaders during governmental inspections and other visits where these require H&S technical expertise to be available.
