Introduction:
As the HR Operations Partner, you will play a key role in creating and fostering an exceptional work experience for our employees across multiple countries in Europe. You will partner with the People team to implement and manage global HR processes and make the entire employee lifecycle seamless and modern for our new hires, current employees, and HR team members.

We are looking for an individual who has a hands-on and customer centric approach in delivering a myriad of employee services including delivering new hire orientations and onboarding, conducting exit interviews and offboarding, and administering data and systems updates for employee life cycle events such as promotions, transfers, and various M&A related activities.

As our organization scales and grows, you will expand your operational coverage to new locations across Europe, and directly contribute to establishing HR Operations as a global Centre of Excellence.

This position is based in the greater London area, requires French language fluency, and reports to the head of global people operations.

**Job Description**:
Serve as a key member of the global HR Operations team that is working to improve our internal HR team productivity. Create new and streamline existing people processes resulting in a modern and efficient experience for HR team members and employees.

Partner with our HR systems team to maintain data, processes and foundational record-keeping elements across our HR tech stack.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and HRBPs, deliver high-quality service and support in a timely manner on a broad range of activities including:

- Manage full lifecycle of new hire onboarding activities including delivering new hire orientations.
- Manage full lifecycle of offboarding including conducting exit interviews and sharing relevant feedback and themes with HRBPs and managers.
- Manage and own the employment verification process for certain countries within region.
- Manage changes and updates to employee files
- Support and prepare documentation for various internal and external audits.
- Provide responses to various employee queries, including to time off policies and administration in our time management system.
- Administer and track HR and business compliance training in various countries.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources as an Operations Partner, Specialist or Coordinator.
- Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve and close cases/issues.
- Ability to operate with a high level of integrity and build trusting relationships with employees, managers and HR team members.
- Be extremely detail oriented and highly organized, work comfortably under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Proficiency in French and working in global work environments where French language skills are required.
- Proficient in using HRIS and Talent Acquisition platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, ICIMS, Greenhouse.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Awarded a Bachelor of Arts, Science, or equivalent.
