Andor Technology is seeking an administrator, with Software licensing experience, to join our team in Belfast.

**Job Purpose**:
The Software Licencing Administrator will have a diverse workload and be tasked with a range of responsibilities covering multiple departments in the business. The main feature of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and operational support to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Andor business.
The role sits within the Finance team, reporting to the Finance Business Manager. It requires strong attention to detail, organisation skills and time-management, along with the ability to communicate well with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. The role holder will work closely with colleagues who are based globally as well as locally.
**Responsibilities**:
Software Licencing Admin (Approximately 70%)
Work as part of a cross-departmental team, supporting Sales and Production teams to meet revenue targets and ensure on-time customer delivery.
Responsible for generating software licenses for customers and internal stakeholders, as well as generating licence upgrades and contract renewals.
Responsible for despatching customer orders through the ERP system and updating the licence management system.
Responsible for communicating with customers regarding their licencing / renewals.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date customer accounts on the licence management system
Manage the administrator mailboxes and deal with customer queries, liaising with colleagues (eg Sales, Support) if required.
Support the implementation of a new ERP system, and lead on the roll-out of our software licencing processes within that new system
Support other departments’ administrative needs, such as Finance, Shipping & Supply Chain, to ensure timely progress of customer orders.
Finance (Approximately 30%) (for initial 6 months)
Daily monitoring of banks (multi-currencies) & allocating cash against supplier / customer accounts. Process multi-currency supplier invoices onto the ERP system in accordance with company procedures and resolving queries. Preparation of mid-month and month end supplier payment runs in all currencies
Preparation of month-end balance sheet reconciliations (e.g. bank reconciliations) & processing of journals (e.g. payroll, cash)
Preparation and posting of intercompany recharge invoices with multi-currency intercompany partners

Experience working within an administrative environment
Multi-currency experience
Experience of using a variety of data sources and IT
Experience working with customers
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Good use of MS programs
