**Duties for the successful HR and Recruitment Administrator**:
- Arranging interviews and advertising jobs
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Maintaining systems and company programmes
- Helping implement strategies
- Supporting ongoing projects
- Promoting the company brand and incentives
- Upkeeping both paper and electronic files
- Sourcing and attending job fairs
- General administration duties
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience in an administration role (essential)
- Qualified by experience or hold relevant A-Level / Level 3 Diploma certifications
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- A positive attitude and strong organisational skills
- A good knowledge of Microsoft office
- The ability to manage your own workload
