**About Us**:
The Parks Trust is an independent charity that cares for over 6,000 acres of parkland and green space in Milton Keynes. This includes the river valleys, ancient woodlands, lakesides, parks and landscaped areas alongside the main roads that represent 25% of the city.
Our aim is to provide beautiful, diverse and sustainable parks, lakes, woods and landscapes that will be loved by the people of Milton Keynes, forever.
**The Role**:
This is a varied administrative role that requires a good level of multi-tasking. Working across the departments to ensure a streamlined service you will maintain records, assist with preparation of tender documents and contracts and review planning records.
**About You**:
You will have previous experience of working in a busy administrative role with excellent written and communication skills. With a high level of organisational skills you will also be proficient and skilled with Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
