**Location: Manchester**
**£20,000 - £24,000 plus life cover, pension, cycle to work scheme and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days**
I am working with an award-winning Environmental Consultancy, who have offices based across the UK with over 100 employees.
Due to growth, they are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their expanding team.
**The purpose of the role**:
You will be working closely with other members of the office and admin team to provide a great working environment and support for our award winning environmental, planning and landscape project teams.
**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Assist with inductions and welcoming new colleagues into the company
- General office tasks such as managing stationary and kitchen supplies and making sure the maintenance schedule is actioned
- Light reception duties: phone calls, couriers and mail (post and shared mailboxes)
- Welcoming visitors and arranging refreshments
- Desk booking and meeting room management using a start of the art booking systems
- Making travel and accommodation reservations
- A competent knowledge of MS Office
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Ideally based within a commutable distance of Manchester City Centre
