**EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME, LONDON OR NEWCASTLE**

**What you'll be doing**:
Key responsibilities
- Extensive diary management & planning for the CEO across international time zones and organisation of international travel, managing expenses and reconciliations
- Annual CEO / Exec calendar planning to include key annual events.
- Extensive stakeholder management (Board, investors/PE, brands, exec team, all internal).
- Organisation of Board meetings, logistics & Board pack to include attendance and note taking.
- Organise Exec and Senior team meetings and logistics (virtual and off-site).
- Co-ordinate Exec performance reviews, holiday requests and expense approval
- Management of Executive PA including appraisals, 1:1 and development
- Liaise with investors and END. finance team regarding any director or Company changes to ensure Companies House data is always correct.
- Oversee Company central filing of key documents, contracts and agreements.
- Support the company with due diligence data requests in relation to CEO and Director particulars.
- Co-ordinate annual compliance and ESG submissions.
- Support Exec / Senior team recruitment, inductions, assisting and supporting any senior contractors to navigate END.

**What you'll be able to demonstrate**:
Skills and experience
- Significant experience of working with and supporting C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to have a good understanding of the business plan, strategy and priorities.
- Ability to be flexible at all times and able to prioritise and switch priorities as needed.
- Resilience and patience essential in relation to negotiating meetings in multiple diaries as well as other duties.
- Representative of the CEO, Exec and business at all times.
- Very strong relationship building skills, able to forge relationships internally across the organisation and with external stakeholders at all levels.
- Confidentiality, sensitivity, diplomacy.
