Our office team is integral to the continued growth and development of Right at Home. The primary role of our operations team is to support the care team, business, sales, and recruitment team across a variety of tasks to achieve short-, mid and long-term goals.

**Your role and responsibilities**
- Scheduling & Managing the daily communications of our office
- Liaising closely with the Registered Manager, and with the entire team to ensure all our valued Client's needs are met
- Creating and managing Rotas
- Organise shadowing, observations, and competency sign-offs.
- Complete staff supervision and appraisals
- Complete service reviews
- Complete care plans.
Arrange support plans and start new client packages.
- Solving problems and creating solutions, contributing towards improving internal processes.
- Sharing company goals and embedding our forward-thinking caring culture.
- Ensuring the care team has all the tools they need to deliver exceptional care
Right at Home Oxford covers the following areas: Oxford, Kidlington, Abingdon, Headington, Cowley, Wolvercote, Summertown, Cumnor, Botley, Hinksey, Eynsham, Steventon, Wheatley, Charlton-on-Otmoor & Chalgrove, so knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
- Be extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritizing ability with high attention to detail
- Have previous experience as a Care Co-ordinator within the care industry is desirable.
- Have excellent communication skills with previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Be self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out-of-office hours.
- Have previous use of a scheduling / HR/recording system, we use Webroster and PASS systems.
- Have good computer skills including proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports, and good computer systems knowledge
