Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care worker records and ensure they are processed and maintained in a timely manner.
- Update training records and schedule supervisions as required.
- Develop and implement operational best practices to ensure effective care delivery.
- Resource new care packages and build on existing ones.
- Maintain continuity of care for new and existing clients.
- Ensure digital records are accurate and up-to-date for all clients and care workers.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all operations comply with company and CQC standards.
- Perform on-call duties and provide quality assurance.
- Coordinate medication records.
Requirements:
- NVQ/QCF level 3 in Care or equivalent.
- At least 1 year's experience in home care.
- Knowledge of CQC compliance is essential.
- Experience in conducting care assessments and motivating care staff.
- Organized, methodical, and attention to detail.
- Flexible working schedule and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
