Due to continued growth the position of **Continuous Improvement, Quality & Assurance Director **has become available to join our **newly established team **based in **Heathrow.**

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period “H7”, Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen’s Terminal.

This role will be site based with the option for dynamic working.

**Role Requirements**
- Provide ongoing evaluation, questions and sub-questions that provides the answers needed to drive quality performance
- Lead the quality, assurance and CI discipline functions at Heathrow across the H7 Programmes
- Present findings and actionable insights at Account SLT’s and the Contract Leads to drive improvements within the Projects
- Enrol and coach Contracts and their members in OEM
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
