This is a Trustwide role covering the whole of County Durham and Darlington. Whilst the post holder will have a nominal base, they will be expected to provide visible leadership across all teams/localities in the children's community nursing service and as such, extensive travel will be required. There will be a requirement to work clinically, as well as a requirement to work some evenings and weekends.
