The NHS is seeking a dedicated Children's Community Nursing Specialist to join their team in County Durham & Darlington. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children and families affected by bladder and bowel problems, providing specialist assessment, advice, care, and education. The successful candidate will hold an individual caseload and provide support and supervision to junior staff.

As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work towards delivering high-quality patient-centred care, ensuring standards are met and monitored regularly. Your passion for working with children and families with Special Educational Needs (SEN) will drive your efforts to improve quality of life and outcomes.

This full-time or part-time position includes extensive travel requirements across various sites. The successful candidate must be able to meet these demands. To excel in this role, you will need experience managing a caseload, delivering education sessions, and working within specialist nurse roles or outpatient/community teams. A Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) or RN (Child) registration is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, dependent on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
