Now is an exciting time to join LiveWest, the largest housing association in the South West. As a Community Investment Coordinator, you will be providing support to the Community Investment Manager and Community Investment team.

The focus for Community Connectors is to **listen **to our customers and **deliver **targeted community investment outcomes, with an emphasis on increasing social and business opportunities in conjunction with our partners.

As well as providing general **administrative support** to the team which comprises of 11 Community Connectors, you will be involved in the organisation and administration of meetings and events, maintaining financial records and payments and accurate maintenance of all other Community Investment records.

You will be a strong administrator with excellent **organisational and IT skills** and a **team player**. Ideally, you will have experience of working in either a social housing or community setting, but this is not essential. You will be **confident** working with a diverse client group and must strive to continuously **improve** the service that we are delivering.

- This role is being offered on a
**part time**,
**permanent** basis, working
**30 hours** per week, and will be based in our
**Tolvaddon** Office. A hybrid working style is an option.

To be a successful Coordinator you should have the skills knowledge and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:

- Experience in coordination and administration support to service provision.
- Creating and maintaining robust systems of information management.
- Working with communities including arranging, setting up and supporting meetings and events.
- Effective process management, able to use project management techniques to achieve activities and goals.
- Knowledge of an Information, Advice and Guidance service. (D)
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a dispersed team, showing commitment to team goals and values.
- Innovative and creative.
- Able to inform review of current ways of working, design alternatives and implement successfully.
