As a Senior Coordinator for our IMS Hub, you will be supporting the IMS Hub Team Manager in providing leadership, performance, and assistance in the development of services.

You will have immediate line management responsibilities for a team of administrators and coordinators, carrying out one-to-ones and appraisals.

Making best use of resources, you will maximise productivity across the team, ensuring performance targets are met while achieving excellence in customer service in line with our strategic aims, operational standards, organisational values, and behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the IMS Hub Team Manager in providing leadership and performance management
  • Carry out one-to-ones and appraisals with team members

About The Candidate

To be a successful Senior Coordinator - IMS Hub, you will have the skills, knowledge, and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the following role-specific requirements:

  • Knowledge/experience in a customer repair role (social housing, retail, or other)
  • Experience in interpreting data and providing suitable outcomes with good data analysis and input skills
  • General understanding of responsive repairs or similar
  • Experience of using a scheduling tool to plan works
  • Able to work under pressure and take a flexible and adaptable approach to meet customer and business needs
  • Ability to work with own initiative
  • Ability to keep the customer in mind at all times
  • Be able to challenge constructively and appropriately
  • Have the ability to reflect on performance and behaviours objectively
  • Have well-developed relationship and rapport-building skills
  • Understand the core skills required to deliver excellent customer service
