**Who are PTM Calibration Limited**?
PTM Calibration Limited are based in the Gasworks Site in Belfast and are a leading provider of Calibration, Test and Measurement Services.
We are now seeking to employ an Administrative Co-ordinator to complement our existing team.
**Role Profile**
The successful applicant will assist technical staff in all aspects of our operations including:
- Processing goods in/goods out (equipment to be calibrated)
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Raising orders to suppliers and quotations to customers
- Arrange/Organise Collections & Deliveries
- Assisting with basic accounting including supplier payments & customer invoicing
- Additional duties in relation to general operations
The appointment will be on a full time or part time basis (hours negotiable).
**Essential Criteria**
- GCSEs grade A*-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Familiarity with Accounting Packages (Sage / Xero etc.)
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word & Excel
**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience in a similar role or transferable skills
