Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client based in Swindon.
The client offers a hybrid working model, working 3 days in the office & 2 days at home.
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 0900-1700
Rate of pay is £10.46 per hour
This is a temporary assignment for 3 months, with a possibility of an extension
Main duties include:
- Monitoring shared mailboxes ensuring that all queries & requests are dealt with in a timely manner
- Taking telephone calls & either responding or passing on to colleagues to action
- Scanning & filing paperwork in computer systems
- Attending & participating in meetings
Skills & experience required:
- Previous administrative experience
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
