On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are seeking an Administrator for a **6 month contract** with the **possibility of extension **working within our **Nationwide Building Society Swindon Office SN3 1TX**

The role is based in our **Payments Operations Department **at Nationwide Building Society handling queries and disputes regarding payment disputes, sanctions and others across VISA, Direct Debit and ATM.

**Administrator
- Payments Operations Department**

**£11.53 per hour - £ 20,984.6 per year**

**35 Hours Per Week**

**Monday to Friday** **9am to 5pm**

**No annual leave during first 6 weeks of the training period.**

**Start date is Monday 3rd July 2023**

Primarily a **12-month** contract with **potential to go permanent**

**What you'll do**:

- You’ll be servicing all aspects of existing transactions highlighted by customers in VISA, ATM and direct debits. Specific duties may vary depending upon the team you join.
- You will complete a variety Telephony and admin tasks, handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, internal stake holders for information to be gained and a better understanding of the transaction. You will be expected to complete the 20% telephony aspect of the role.
- Each day you will be required to work on variety of systems where documents will be scanned therefore attention to detail and data accuracy is essential.
- Following a variety of policy and procedure to complete process driven tasks
- Work within targets and deadlines to manage a heavy workload and time focused tasks.
- Work collaboratively within a team, providing support within other department where required.

**What you'll bring**:
You’ll be part of our team to deliver an excellent customer service experience which in turn will promote repeat business.

You will handle admin related to any queries that potentially could happen within the transactions of VISA, ATM and Direct Debits We will expect you to have excellent decision-making skills to determine if you need to act outside of usual process, dealing with query over the phone to ensure time related task is achieved.
