Working with the Community and Engagement Manager, you will use your excellent communication skills and confidence to participate in team meetings to provide the directors and colleagues with feedback from community engagement events and meetings. You will be responsible for networking and building relationships with businesses and external agencies to facilitate collaboration and in turn encourage support and involvement. You’ll also be providing a welcoming and positive experience to all visitors, schools and community groups.

You’ll manage your own workload in order to meet deadlines. This role will require excellent administration skills. You will need excellent Microsoft Office skills as you will be responsible for diary management, scheduling bookings, monitoring and evaluating feedback from community engagement activities. You will create and develop high quality educational materials for presentations and publications including newsletters ensuring the brand is reflected.

For this role, you will need experience in a similar role working in community engagement. You will need first class customer service skills and be confident in public speaking. This role may involve some weekend work but time off in lieu will be given.
