This is a part-time role to co-ordinate the administrative processes involved in programme delivery for the Creative Communities strands.

This job description is not an exhaustive list and we will expect you to carry out any other activities which may reasonably be required in accordance with the needs of the projects. This means that we will expect you to be flexible and adaptable within your role.  

The post involves flexible working and will require occasional working at evenings and weekends.

The key tasks and responsibilities are to:
General
- Being a knowledgeable point of contact for enquirers to each of the projects
- Raising contracts and invoices for Creative Communities, including FEAST and Carn to Cove.
- Assist with C Fylm library maintenance including film returns
- Process C Fylm box office returns & input membership forms
- Assist with C2C menu party preparation
- Advisory group - arranging decision-making meetings, applicant interviews, minuting the meetings
- Notifying grant applicants of grant decisions
- Support the Krowji team to manage Bill’s Attic
- Fun Palaces - supporting the team in the Fun Palace ambassador programme for Cornwall
- Updating Creative Community websites

Data and Impact
- Collating information for reporting to funders
- Streamline data gathering across the programme strands
- Maintain databases, updating project information and statistical records
- Ensure paperwork is filed and systems are updated regularly

Additional tasks
- Work with the Director of Creative Communities to identify and attend training, networking and events appropriate for the development of the role and the programme.
- Support the Director of Creative Communities in other project work or tasks as directed

Person specification - key competencies:
Essential:

- An enthusiastic and proactive approach with an ability to use initiative & problem solve
- Excellent IT skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams and Sharepoint
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A completer finisher with strong organisation skills
- An interest in the arts and culture 
- Knowledge and understanding of rural Cornwall
- Social Media adept - e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Mailchimp

Desirable:

- Experienced in event management
- Experience of CRM systems eg Salesforce,MS Access or Airtable
- Experience of Wordpress and Mailchimp
- Experience of using social media in a work context
- Skills in document design
- Understanding of in community engagement
- Full driving licence and access to own transport

**Salary**: £23,400.00-£25,000.00 per year
