Community Navigator
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Community Investment team as a Community Navigator. As a Community Navigator you will collaborate with customers and colleagues, and across our Coastline communities, promoting and facilitating diverse and inclusive customer engagement through the ‘Coastline Conversation,’ ensuring our services meet local needs. This is a varied and rewarding role; you will be involved in delivering impactful community work, provide employability upskilling opportunities and enhance our customers quality of life.
You will have demonstratable experience in delivering asset-based community development projects, and be confident collaborating with both internal and external partners. You will have awareness of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures and the National Housing Federation’s Together with Tenants initiative, and an understanding of the role of scrutiny and co-regulation. As a Community Navigator you will be working with customers with varied needs, so you must be flexible in your approach, with excellent listening skills and a high level of empathy and understanding.
