Land and New Homes Senior Administrator

Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Senior Administrator to join us on a permanent basis based in our high performing office in Yately.

**What can you expect day to day as a Senior Administrator?**
- Diary management for Managing Director
- Arrange meetings both internally and externally
- Assist with weekly figures including invoicing, updating ‘bibles’ for reservations, exchanges and completions.
- Work with the accounts department to ensure payment of invoices and updating completion dates.
- Organise and keep up to date Anti Money Laundering checks and all other compliance for the Land and New Homes departments.
- Ensure staff training is completed within deadlines
- Land - work with the team to send touting letters, general admin support to include arranging meetings, marketing and events.
- General administration support for the Land and New Homes teams.
- Plan and arrange team training days and annual charity quiz
- Take meeting minutes
